All sales at Janani are final, with no refunds or exchanges offered.

At Janani, we prioritize the highest standards of hygiene and conduct thorough quality checks on each item before shipping. Therefore, all purchases are considered final.

In the event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping or if there are any concerns with your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@jananistore.com

Should a return be requested for further inspection, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned item is verified as damaged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds for damaged items may take 5–10 business days to process.
